I had previously written a review about the spout section being made poorly and the bolt kits being incorrect.
Kooima contacted us and resolved the issue very quickly and very well. We are very happy with how it was dealt with.
The spout section was not made well. Ugly welds, did not have the correct curve to it. Ordered new top and side liners for it. Top liner needed to be trimmed to fit as top of spout section was not welded straight. Side liners also needed to be trimmed as they did not have same curve as the spout section. The side liners fit perfectly in the old Claas spout section so that means the liners were made well just not the kooima spout section. Also ordered bolt kits for the liners. They sent 5/16" bolts with 3/8" washers and nuts. Good thing for a well stocked bolt cabinet.
We have been happy with Kooima products in the past but this will really make us think twice next time.
