Top Mixer Knife

The K21432 Top Mixer Knife fits all Patz® mixer wagons. This smaller knife stands up better when using larger bales that could bend or break a longer knife. Additionally, it allows more space between the knife and the tub wall allowing larger material to get to the auger and break apart faster. This knife is used for cutting and mixing livestock rations.

The K21432 mixer knife is made of a high-carbon base material that is milled, heat-treated, and tungsten hard-face coated. This knife would be equal to or better than the OEM knife.

The K21432 knives are typically installed on the top one-to-two knife positions. Use K385021BK mounting hardware to install this knife. These knives are installed using factory settings, no special tools are required. Visually inspect the knives to determine wear, an increase in mixing time is a good indicator.
