Short Top Mixer Knife

The K70147065 mixer wagon knife fits all Kuhn Knight® vertical mixers. This knife is used for cutting and mixing livestock rations. It is often time used in the top one to two knife positions, especially if using large, heavy bales. An additional advantage is allowing more space between the knife and the tub wall, this extra space allows the bale to fall deeper into the auger where it can be processed quicker.

The K70147065 mixer knife is made of a high carbon base material that is milled, heat-treated, and tungsten hard-face coated. This knife would be equal to or better than the OEM knife. It is a 16" style.

Use bolt kit K144734BK. These are installed using factory settings, no special tools are required. Visually inspect to determine wear, an increased mixing time is a good indicator.
