The K137160 mixer knife fits a Kirby™ vertical mixer wagon and provides excellent performance for mixing livestock rations, such as those used on dairy farms, feedlots, and beef cattle operations. It is ideal for preparing TMR (Total Mixed Ration), which is created by thoroughly mixing various feed ingredients in a mixer wagon, ensuring that all components are evenly distributed for optimal livestock nutrition.

The K137160 mixer knife is made of a high-carbon base material that is milled, heat-treated, and tungsten hard-face coated, offering superior durability and performance. This knife is designed to be equal to or better than the OEM knife, ensuring a long-lasting solution for your mixer wagon.

Replace the knife when it becomes dull and is no longer maintaing optimal performance. Typically, 8-12 knives are used per screw, with each knife being 3/8th inches thick, which makes them ideal for efficient feed mixing. When the knife is no longer sharp or when mixing times increase, it is time to replace it. This ensures your mixer continues to operate at peak efficiency, providing consistent and thorough mixing of your rations.
