Erin - Employee Spotlight

Erin has been part of the Kooima Ag team since February 2021. She started as a Graphic Design Assistant, then was promoted to Senior Graphic Designer, and now she's working as Marketing Manager, a role she stepped into in May. Erin is responsible for all marketing and design efforts, making sure Kooima Ag's message is consistent and well designed for all our audience.

Originally from Rock Valley, Erin has lived here her whole life. She shares her home with a playful 1-year-old puppy named Buddy. Family time is important to her; she loves hanging out with her nephews & niece. When she's not working, you can find her and Buddy going on walks or enjoying the outdoors with friends and family over coffee. (Erin loves coffee)

What really stands out to Erin about working at Kooima Ag is the amazing culture and the friendships she's built with her coworkers. "My colleagues have become close friends," she shares. "It's great to work in a place that genuinely cares about its team."

Erin has some great memories from team outings, which are always a blast. One funny moment she recalls is when she and Nolan went out to film videos in a field and ended up getting the payloader and wagon stuck. After some hilarious attempts to free it, Nolan finally managed to back out in a different direction. "Definitely a day to remember!" she laughs.
