Customer Appreciation Event 2024

July 16-18, Kooima Ag hosted a customer appreciation event right here at our facility in Rock Valley, Iowa. We had customers visit us from all across the USA- California, Colorado, Texas, Kansas, Nebraska, and many more! As our customers arrived, we greeted them with ice-cream and slushies- we didn't want them overheating in the hot humid weather Iowa gave us last week. One of the exciting things for us employees at Kooima Ag is the opportunity to give our customers tours of the facility. We think our customers appreciate getting an insider's look at our operations and how we manufacture our high-quality agriculture parts. These tours are not just informative but are a chance for us to connect with our customers and hear about what needs they have so we can continue to serve them better.  Brent, our sales manager said, "It is fun getting to show our customers how we make the parts they rely on for running their farming operations." 

During the event we got to debut our 30-ton Ag Trailer. We showcased our 15-, 20-, and 30-ton ag trailers, along with our innovative Collab™ system, Domai direct cut heads, and our Compost Trners®. We wanted our customers to be able to see our products up close and get a demo if they wanted. 

A big thank you goes out to everyone who attended our customer appreciation event. Your presence made the event a success and we are very grateful for your support. To all our customers across the country, your trust and partnership are what drive us forward. We look forward to many more opportunities to serve you and to continue growing together in the world of agriculture.
